Primary Teacher – KS1 – Poole
Start Date: September | Full-Time | Long-Term Role

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a lovely primary school in Poole, who are seeking a committed and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join their team from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who is looking to make a real impact in the early stages of a child’s learning journey. The school is proud of its supportive staff, inclusive ethos, and strong community feel.

About the role:

  • Full-time position teaching a Key Stage 1 class

  • Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Supporting the academic and emotional development of pupils

  • Working closely with the wider school team and parents/carers

The school is looking for someone who:

  • Has QTS and experience teaching in KS1

  • Brings energy, creativity and high expectations to the classroom

  • Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families

  • Is committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment

This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and confident ECTs who are looking to join a welcoming and forward-thinking school community.

Pay: Competitive, based on experience (M1–M6)
