Primary Teachers

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for Fully Qualified and Newly Qualified Teachers to take on short and long chunks of supply work. Recently we have been requested to cover a number of short-term and long-term sickness posts and as a result - we need teachers!

You will have an experienced recruitment consultant working on your behalf to source work that suits you. Whether you are at the start of your career or you are looking for more flexible teaching work. We can help!

We aim to secure pre-booked supply work for our candidates wherever possible and can often provide our candidates with regular work.

Teaching Personnel offers unparalleled support not only from your designated consultant, but also from the entire Primary Team. We are made up of four experienced Recruitment Consultants; together we cover the entire Thames Valley and Surrey area.

We are able to offer a number of CPD Opportunities to Teachers that register with us and we are committed to constantly up-skilling Teachers. CPD courses include; Team Teach, Autism Awareness, PREVENT DUTY and Safeguarding and Child Protection Level 1 and 2. Additionally, we are able to offer competitive rates of pay for day to day work, varying from £105 - £150 per day.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
