Primary Teacher Year 1 Job in Milton Keynes

We have been working with a local school for a number of years who are in need of a year 1 teacher to join their team of staff. The school prioritises safeguarding, personal development and pupils' welfare. They have a high number of students whose circumstances make them vulnerable, due to this, experience dealing with vulnerable students and having a flexible approach to behaviour management will give a definite advantage.

• Have previous primary school experience
• Be able to adapt teaching to the different needs of students
• Have strong behaviour management experience
• Be able to work well as part of a team as it is a three form entry school
• Have a passion to make a real change within the classroom
• Be passionate and ready to hit the ground running

The school is in Category 4 from their previous Ofsted report allowing the successful candidate for the position to go into the role and make a real change within the classroom and the over all improvement of the school.
