Teaching Personnel are working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school located in Wigan, committed to providing a nurturing environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. About the role:
- Start-date: 1st September
- Ongoing/long-term, with potential opportunity for permanent contract
- Opportunity to earn £30,000 to £40,000 (dependent on experience)
You will plan, prepare, and teach high-quality lessons across the curriculum, assess and monitor pupil progress, and create an inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported. You will work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching at primary level (preferred but newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for inspiring and motivating children
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
