Are you an enthusiastic and engaging Primary Teacher?

Teaching Personnel is looking for Primary School Teachers in Taunton and the surrounding area. We have current opportunities to fill supply and short term positions. The position has the possibility to develop into a long term role for the right candidate. We are on the look out for both NQTs or experienced teachers looking for a new challenge. You should be passionate about teaching and helping guide children through their education. The right candidate will be working with pupils from the ages of 5-11.

The role:

Be responsible for the progress of a class whilst preparing and planning the lessons. Maintaining a positive classroom environment. Deal with challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner. Build good relationships with the staff and pupils. Take on relevant duties throughout the school where required.

The candidate:

Be qualified to teach KS1/KS2. You will need to be patient and approachable teacher who is willing to embrace the school and pupils. Have strong communication skills. Be able to install confidence in the students, successively raising their attainment levels within the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
