Due to the Catch-Up Premium available to schools, we are very excited to announce the need for more candidates! Teaching Personnel are looking for educational practitioners who have previous experience tutoring small groups of primary children.
You will be required to provide small group tuition to vulnerable and/or disadvantaged Primary children. The small groups can vary between 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3, but 1:3 has been the recommended group size for schools.
We are particularly keen to speak to HLTA’s, Newly Qualified Teachers, Experienced Tutors and Core Subject Specialist.
Key requirements:
- Ability to work from own initiative
- Ability to progress children without intense pressure
- Relevant qualification – minimum NVQ Level 3
- Sound experience with Phonics and/or SATs
- Strong knowledge of Maths and English
- X2 Contactable references
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (Registered with the DBS Update Service) – This can be purchased through TP if you do not currently have one.
