Primary Teacher – Wigan
Start Date: September 2026 | Full-Time | Supply / Long-Term Opportunities

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a number of primary schools across Wigan who are looking for enthusiastic and committed teachers to join their teams from September.

We have opportunities available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, ranging from flexible daily supply to longer-term positions.

The role:

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Work effectively alongside support staff and school leaders
• Support pupils' academic and personal development
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and learning

The ideal candidate:

• Holds QTS or recognised equivalent
• Has experience working within a primary school setting
• Is confident teaching across the primary age range
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Is looking for either flexible or longer-term work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
