Primary Teacher
Job description
A primary school in Stockport is looking for a Teacher to start in September. Within this role, you will work with children in KS2 that are currently out of mainstream schooling for a variety of different social, emotional and mental health reasons. The school is very small and due to that you will teach over different year groups.

Required experience and qualifications:
- A primary PGCE, preferably with teaching experience in a specialist provision
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and how this can be adapted for different needs
- Experience with challenging behaviour
- Full time availability in September (no capacity for part-time working)
The school would like an individual who is proactive and fits in with the team from the beginning to create a seamless transition for the children. Ideally, you will also have a Team Teach or equivalent qualification, but this is not necessary as long as you have previous experience dealing with difficult behaviour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
