Primary Teacher

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a Key Stage One teacher to work within the Penzance area on a full-time basis, starting In September. We are working on behalf of a medium sized Primary school who are seeking an experienced KS1 specialist to provide motivation and excellent learning opportunities for the students within the school.

We are seeking applications from fully qualified teachers who have recent experience teaching Year 1 and 2. This is an exciting new opportunity and you will be required to take full responsibility for students inside the classroom as well as being willing to partake in extra-curriculum activities that may occur outside. As this is a long term role, full planning will be needed. Support from other teachers and the head will be there for you, if and when needed, as well as constant support from Teaching Personnel. Although the role is only for two terms, there will be potential for a permanent contract.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

-Experience in behaviour management

-Practise in Math and Phonic schemes

-Experience in working with KS1

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
