Position: Primary School Teacher
Location: Newport (NP20)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay: Starting at £166.32 per day
Start Date: September 2025

Teaching Personnel is excited to welcome both experienced and newly qualified teachers to join our growing team of supply educators for placements in primary schools across NP20. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into varied teaching environments while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons in welcoming, well-supported Newport schools.

  • Creating inclusive, supportive classroom atmospheres that inspire learning.

  • Adapting confidently across year groups as needed.

  • Staying current with educational trends and best practice.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • A child workforce DBS (registered on the Update Service)

  • Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration

  • Legal right to work in the UK

  • Two recent teaching references

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
