Year 3 Class Teacher

We are seeking a committed and resilient Year 3 Class Teacher to join a welcoming school set in the beautiful New Forest area. This role offers a rewarding opportunity for a teacher who thrives on making a genuine difference and enjoys supporting pupils who benefit from strong relationships, consistency and engaging teaching.

Location: New Forest Area
Contract: April 2026 – End of Academic Year
Salary: M1–M6 (paid to scale)

We Are Looking For a Teacher Who:

  • Is resilient, reflective and adaptable
  • Uses creative, engaging and inclusive teaching strategies to motivate all learners
  • Is committed to helping children reach their full potential
  • Has experience in Key Stage 2 (desirable, but not essential)

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification
  • A Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • A full driving licence, due to the school’s location
  • Teaching experience is desirable but not essential (ECT will be considered)
