A committed and enthusiastic Year 3 teacher is seeking a full-time teaching position from Spring Term 2, with full classroom responsibilities.
This teacher brings a secure knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and understands the importance of supporting pupils as they transition from Key Stage 1 into lower Key Stage 2. They deliver well-structured, engaging lessons that promote independence, confidence and a love of learning, while maintaining clear expectations for behaviour and progress.
With experience in planning, assessment and reporting, this practitioner is confident in taking full responsibility for a class, including differentiation to meet a range of abilities and needs. They work effectively with teaching assistants, liaise positively with parents and contribute fully to team planning and wider school life.
