We can aid you in your search for a full or part time permanent role, while offering you additional paid experience in a number of different settings. A significant number of candidates who have welcomed this opportunity have found their dream role by visiting a particular school on a regular basis through day to day assignments.
In coloration with the above, Teaching Personnel also currently have an exciting opportunity for a select number of candidates located in Doncaster. We are currently in search of new teachers to be a part of our Guaranteed Work Scheme (GWS).
How the scheme works:
After expressing your interest we will obtain feedback for yourself from school based visits and combine this with your graded references gathered up on registration. After this information has been assessed we will come to a mutual agreement for you to join the scheme. Once on the scheme we will commit to finding you work/paying you for a select number of days. For example if you are available for 5 days we will commit to paying you for at least 4 whether you work or not.
How someone would qualify to be on the GWS scheme:
- 2x good or excellent references from your two most recent school based employers
- Consistently good feedback from schools
- You are flexible and adaptable and able to teach from EYFS – Y6
- Willing to travel to all postcodes of Doncaster and the local surrounding areas
- Be available for work at short notice and be up and available for morning calls
