Reception Teacher – Inclusive, Well-Resourced Primary – Crawley
Location: Crawley (London Fringe)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Paid to scale + London Fringe allowance
Start Date: September 2025

Are you passionate about early years education and committed to inclusive practice?
We’re working with a supportive, well-resourced primary school in Crawley that is seeking a dedicated Reception Teacher to join their strong and welcoming Early Years team.

About the Role:

  • Lead a small Reception class of 7 children, each with unique strengths and needs

  • Work alongside two experienced SEN Teaching Assistants

  • Support pupils with a range of needs, including:

    • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

    • Non-verbal communication

    • Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges

    • Behavioural difficulties

  • Benefit from a supportive SLT and a collaborative Early Years team

  • Make a real difference in a setting where every child is supported to thrive

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience or a strong interest in SEN teaching

  • A nurturing, creative, and resilient approach

  • Commitment to personalised learning and inclusive education
