KS2 Teacher – Primary Schools in DH2
Location: DH2, County Durham
Contract: Full-time/Part-time, Temporary or Long-term opportunities available
Salary: £120–£180 per day (dependent on experience and pay scale)
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate KS2 Teacher to work across primary schools in the DH2 area. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible work or long term placements.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, manage the classroom effectively, and ensure pupils make good progress. You will work closely with school staff to provide a high standard of teaching and learning.
What We Are Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching within Key Stage 2.

Strong classroom management skills.

Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments.

Enthusiasm and commitment to supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing.

An up-to-date Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply for one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
