Job description

Primary Teaching Opportunities Starting in Septemebr

Position: Fully Qualified Primary School Teacher (QTS Required)
Locations: Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea, and Westminster
Key Stages: EYFS, KS1 & KS2 (Roles available across all year groups)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time (Temp-to-Perm – transition to a school contract after one term)
Salary: Paid to scale (MPS/UPS, dependent on experience)

We’re Looking For:

✔ Fully Qualified Primary Teachers (must hold QTS)
✔ Adaptive Teaching Skills – Ability to tailor lesson plans to support pupils with SEN, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
✔ Strong Behaviour Management – Confident in fostering a positive classroom atmosphere with clear expectations and proactive strategies.
✔ Commitment to Wider School Life – Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities (clubs, trips, or school events).
✔ Collaborative Approach – Work effectively with TAs, SENCOs, and staff to meet the needs of all learners.
✔ ECTs & Experienced Teachers Welcome! – Whether you're newly qualified or a seasoned educator, we have roles to suit your career stage.
✔ Passion for Progress – Dedicated to raising attainment and inspiring a love of learning in every child.

Desirable Qualities:

Experience with phonics schemes (e.g., Read Write Inc, Letters and Sounds)
Knowledge of formative assessment strategies to track pupil progress
Flexibility to teach across different year groups if required
A proactive attitude towards CPD and school improvement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
