EYFS Teacher – York
£140–£200 per day | ⏰ Full-Time | Temporary

Are you an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher who loves sparking curiosity and helping little learners grow? We’re looking for a passionate Early Years Teacher to join a warm, welcoming primary school in York on a full-time, temporary basis.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a positive, supportive environment where creativity is celebrated and children always come first

Your Role:

  • Deliver fun, engaging, play-based lessons in line with the EYFS framework

  • Create a safe, nurturing classroom where every child feels confident and supported

  • Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development

  • Observe, assess, and celebrate progress

  • Work closely with a friendly team of staff and parents

What We’re Looking For:

  • QTS or equivalent

  • Experience in an EYFS setting (ECTs welcome!)

  • A positive, caring, and creative teaching style

  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum

  • A real passion for early years education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
