About the Role

You will be:

• Building confidence, independence, and a love of learning
• Supporting pupils across literacy, numeracy, and the wider curriculum
• Tracking progress and sharing helpful feedback with teaching staff
• Creating warm, positive relationships that help children feel safe and valued
• ‍‍Working closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to help every child thrive

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Great classroom management and the ability to engage and motivate learners
• A genuine passion for helping pupils reach their full potential
• Flexibility, creativity, and a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS (we can help you with this!)
• Ability to travel between schools is a bonus, but not essential
