We’re recruiting experienced and confident educators to join our supply team, delivering high-quality teaching across a range of vibrant primary schools in Northampton and South Northants (Towcester, Brackley, Daventry).

Whether you're looking to work a few days a week or full-time, this role offers the perfect opportunity to take control of your schedule while making a real impact in the classroom.

Your Role Will Include:

• Delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2

• Adapting teaching to suit the needs of all learners in the classroom

• Managing behaviour effectively and promoting a positive learning atmosphere

• Collaborating with school staff to ensure consistency and inclusion

✅ What You’ll Need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent

• Experience teaching in UK primary schools

• Strong behaviour management and classroom presence

• Flexibility and willingness to travel within Northampton and nearby areas

• A current DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
