Primary School Teacher – Neath/Port Talbot - £172.98 per day
Teaching Personnel is seeking a Primary School Teacher to work in a welcoming Primary School located in the Neath area. The school is known for its strong community values, inclusive ethos and dedicated support for pupils with additional learning needs.

Salary: £172.98 per day
Pay: M2 Scale £172.98 daily rate
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Term Time Only, 8:30am to 3:30pm
Location: Swansea
What you will do
- Deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2 aligned with the curriculum
- Be proactive and adaptable to plan lessons that enhance student learning and development
- Assess and monitor student progress
- Communicate and collaborate with other school staff
- Maintain a positive and inclusive environment
What Schools (and we) Look for in a Primary School Teacher
- NQT or QTS status
- DBS on the update service (Or willingness to apply)
- Knowledge of the Primary School Curriculum
- Excellent communication and classroom management
- Experience in de-escalating behaviour and supporting additional learning needs.
- A passion for supporting student growth and making a positive impact in Primary Education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
