Position: Primary School Teacher
Location: Mitcham, London
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent (Part-time considered for the right candidate)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience (MPS/UPS)
Teaching Personnel is working with a fantastic primary school in Mitcham to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join their vibrant team. This is a wonderful opportunity to inspire young minds and contribute to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
✅ Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
✅ Have experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (ECTs welcome to apply!)
✅ Demonstrate a passion for education and a commitment to pupil progress
✅ Be creative, adaptable, and able to engage children with diverse learning needs
✅ Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
✅ Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider school community

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
