Teaching Personnel is the UK’s largest education only agency in the UK with over 80 branches across England and Wales. Our Kent Primary team are currently on the look out for fresh new talent in order to meet the growing demands of primary schools as of September 2020/reopening.
We are looking to hear from any Newly Qualified Teacher regardless of key stage or subject specialism. There will be a school looking for you!
The ideal NQT for Teaching Personnel would:
- Have a clear understanding of where their strengths lie and have established a key stage/subject specialism that feel they particularly excel at
- Is constantly seeking opportunities to further develop and grow as a teacher
- Has the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with both students and staff alike
- Is willing to go the extra mile and fully immerse themselves in every aspect of school life and the wider community
- Have access to own mode of transport or willing to travel by public transport
- Have a child workforce DBS on the Update Service (we can help you obtain this if you don’t already have one)
- As an NQT Teaching Personnel can offer you
Support and guidance in finding a job that meets your wants and requirements
- Support with application and CV writing
- The opportunity for numerous interviews in a wide range of settings (primary, secondary and SEN schools)
- Access to FREE CPD courses allowing you to further develop, grow and up skill which in turn will strengthen your applications
- The ability to gain PAID work whilst searching for your ideal role on a short term/day-to-day basis. Many of the assignments will be in the schools who are looking for perspective candidates to fill their staffing needs, allowing you to show case your talents and get a feel for each school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
