We’re on the lookout for a Level 3 qualified Learning Support Assistant to work across primary schools in Uxbridge, supporting children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2—particularly those with SEN.

Whether you’re after short-term supply, a longer-term placement, part-time flexibility, or full-time consistency, we’ve got opportunities to suit your lifestyle.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

• Working with children with SEN (EHCP experience is a big plus!)

• Helping to create a calm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Being a positive, reliable presence in the classroom

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 LSA qualification (essential)

• SEN experience in a school setting

• A friendly, adaptable, and proactive attitude

• Someone happy to jump into both supply and longer-term roles
