A warm and inclusive Primary School in Hounslow is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their nurturing team from November 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and help them thrive in a caring, child-focused environment.

Your Role:

Provide tailored support to pupils with diverse SEN needs

Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to help children achieve their goals
-
Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere
-
Be proactive, reflective, and committed to continuous improvement through CPD
What We’re Looking For:
-
Experience supporting children with SEN
-
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
-
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-
Level 2/3 TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
Safeguarding Requirements:
-
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Two references from the last 24 months
-
Overseas Police Check (if applicable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
