Your Role:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with diverse SEN needs

• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to help children achieve their goals

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere

• Be proactive, reflective, and committed to continuous improvement through CPD

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting children with SEN

• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Level 2/3 TA qualification (desirable but not essential)

Safeguarding Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Two references from the last 24 months

• Overseas Police Check (if applicable)
