PPA Cover Teacher Needed

Competitive Rates of Pay

Hours: 3 days per week based on a 6.5 working day. (Monday-Wednesday)

Outstanding Chorley Primary School requires a PPA cover teacher three days per week. This role is to start immediately and experience across all year groups is essential.

The successful applicant must have experience delivering and assessing across KS1 and KS2. In order to apply for this role, you must be fully inducted and hold QTS in Primary Education.

Teaching Personnel also able to offer a number of CPD Opportunities to Educational Professionals that register with us and we are interested in constantly up-skilling Teachers that are registered with us. CPD courses include; Team Teach, Autism Awareness, PREVENT DUTY and Safeguarding and Child Protection Level 1 and 2.

Teaching Personnel have been working alongside this particular school for a number of years and have a long-standing relationship with the Headteacher. The successful applicant will work alongside the full time teachers who will provide plans and objects for their PPA time. The chosen teacher will ideally be driven with excellent behaviour management and a genuine passion for teaching with the ability to teach from Y1 - Y6.

This role is to begin immediately; the school require complete commitment from the successful candidate as they had already secured a candidate who has now been offered a permanent role at another school. The children are keen to learn with supportive parents.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
