Are you an enthusiastic Science Teacher looking for your new teaching post?
Are you looking for work starting in January 2019?
Teaching Personnel has an Ideal role for you!
Teaching Personnel is currently working in partnership with a school in the Colne area to recruit a Science Teacher to start in January 2019 for a position with a view to a permanent contract. The successful candidate will complete an initial temporary probationary period. Upon the successful completion of this the school will place the Teacher onto a permanent contract. The school is looking for a teacher happy to teach Physics up to Higher level GCSE and be experienced delivering the new science specifications.
The school has been graded "Good" in all areas by Ofsted in a recent inspection. The school has exceptionally high standards for both pupil behaviour in school and attitudes to learning. For a candidate to be considered they should be able to uphold these high standards in their own teaching.
A suitable candidate should be experienced delivering science across all 3 specialisms to GCSE level, with experience delivering separate science Physics GCSE. The school follows AQA science at GCSE level, so experience working with this exam board would be preferable, however, not essential.
If you feel that you would be suitable for this role then make your application by sending your CV and contact details. Shortlisting for this position is due to take place early in the autumn term with interviews to take place before the October half term.
If you would like to find out more, contact Rob at Teaching Personnel as soon as possible.
