Physical Needs Support Assistant

Teaching Personnel are seeking a teaching assistant to join a team of passionate staff based in an SEN school in the Andover area. Ideally you will have previous experience working with children and/or adults with physical disabilities.

You will be required to support pupils up to the age of 22 years old, who are in wheelchairs and require assistance within their classrooms and in their residential homes, based on the school site. This role will be highly challenging but will offer you great job satisfaction and sense of achievement.

Particular personal or professional experience of supporting individuals within this area is highly desirable, such as an understanding of the complexities related to this condition.
