Due to a growth in business, particularly in coastal Northumberland over the last academic year in, we have an unprecedented amount of opportunities for support workers though out Northumberland depending on working schedules, including daily cover and fixed term placements.

Teaching Personnel are looking for candidates with a background in social and emotional health support work to support children in secondary schools on a 1-1 and small group basis in the Northumberland area. We need somebody who can provide the following;

- The need for pupils to have continuity in their learning environment

- The requirements of pupils with specialist and often challenging needs

- The significant benefits received by all pupils when supported by a carefully matched teacher or teaching assistant

This role is really important in our schools to be able to build fast relationships and to keep the student/s on track with school work.
