PE Teacher - Preston

- Contract type: full time
An 'Outstanding' secondary school, in the northern outskirts of Preston is currently looking to appoint a PE Teacher to join the Physical Education Department, to cover a Maternity leave from September 2019. The school has approximately 950 pupils on roll, with a small catchment area which makes this school heavily oversubscribed.
All the departments in the school have been refurbished in the past couple of years to ensure the very best resources are available to provide the best learning environment for pupils and staff. As the school has high academic standards, they are looking for a very strong teacher, who can comfortably deliver KS3 & KS4.
- Suitably qualified PE Teacher at KS3/4
- A relevant degree in PE
- Has QTS / or will be awarded QTS by September 2019
- Sound understanding of PE and it's place in the National Curriculum
- Willing to be involved in the wider aspects of the Department
