Are you a PE teacher looking for a role to start in January 2019?

Teaching Personnel are working closely with our client school in Prestwich to recruit a male PE teacher to fill a temporary gap in their department.

  • Full time male PE teacher role starting January 2019
  • Post until at least February half term
  • Teaching PE to GCSE level
  • Pay in line with MPS (£23,720-£35,008)

Our client school is located in Prestwich, and with fewer than 900 students is smaller than average. Being located a just a short drive from the M60 motorway, it is easily accessible from a range of areas around Greater Manchester. In 2010, our mixed comprehensive secondary school went under a major refurbishment and so have fantastic facilities to support the learning of the students.

As a PE teacher at our client school, it is expected that you have relevant qualifications as well as QTS in the UK. You will be expected to teach PE to both KS3 and KS4, and will become a full member of the PE department. The ideal candidate should be able to plan and deliver inspirational and highly engaging activities and lessons to fulfil the curriculum.
