PE Teacher – Newton Abbot

Teaching Personnel are seeking an energetic and dedicated PE Teacher to join our team and work across secondary schools in the Newton Abbot area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher to inspire young people to stay active, build confidence, and enjoy the benefits of physical education.

You’ll plan and deliver engaging PE lessons across KS3 and KS4, promoting teamwork, resilience, and a positive attitude towards health and wellbeing. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an ECT, you’ll be joining supportive schools that value enthusiasm and dedication.

What You’ll Bring:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent qualification in PE or Sports Science

• A genuine passion for physical education and student wellbeing

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• A positive, adaptable approach and enthusiasm for extracurricular sport

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
