PE Teacher – Exeter Area

Location: Exeter, Devon
Contract Type: Full-time or Part-time

Teaching Personnel are working closely with one of our partner secondary schools in the Exeter area to recruit an energetic and inspiring PE Teacher.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who thrives on teamwork, motivation, and helping students develop a lifelong love of physical activity. You’ll deliver a range of engaging lessons across the PE curriculum – from traditional team sports to fitness and wellbeing – encouraging every student to achieve their personal best.

Whether you’re an experienced PE specialist or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), you’ll be joining a welcoming, well-resourced department with a strong focus on collaboration and student success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent

  • Specialism in PE or Sports Science

  • A commitment to promoting health, fitness, and personal development

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • A positive, team-focused attitude with enthusiasm for extracurricular sport

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
