PE Teacher – Exeter

Full-Time | Immediate or September Start | Teaching Personnel | Work Across Schools in Exeter

Teaching Personnel are working with a range of partner secondary schools across the Exeter area and are looking for enthusiastic and committed PE Teachers to join our team. These positions offer the opportunity to work across different school settings, supporting pupils and gaining experience across a variety of environments.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging PE lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Teach both practical and theoretical elements of the PE curriculum.
• Adapt lessons to meet the needs of different abilities.
• Support extracurricular activities and wider school sporting opportunities.
• Establish positive relationships with pupils and maintain strong classroom and behaviour management.
• Work across different partner schools in the Exeter area, depending on school requirements and your availability.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold QTS or have relevant teaching experience.
• Have experience teaching PE within a secondary school setting.
• Have strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for sport.
• Be confident managing behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
• Be adaptable and comfortable working across different school settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
