A Large Secondary School near Huntingdon and Peterborough are seeking a Teacher of PE to start in September 2017. The role would be ideal for a Fully Qualified Teacher / FQT or Newly Qualified Teacher / NQT. This role will involve full planning and preparation responsibilities; there is also the potential that cover in other subjects may be required occasionally.

The School is set in a country location, surrounded by historic buildings in a small town. The School accommodates up to 1900 pupils, but currently holds around 1100 pupils, so career progression is also available in the near future. The School is keen to promote a stimulating learning environment for all, ensuring that all have access to learning within their level whilst pushing students to realise their full potential.

With a view to develop and maintain behaviour management across the school, strong behaviour management skills are essential.

To be suitable for this position you:

-Must specialise in PE, delivering to Key Stage 3 and 4, up to and including GCSE

-Will be able to provide learning in line with the UK curriculum

-Must have strong classroom management skills

-Should be keen to raise pupil attainment through a stimulating learning environment
