About the Role

As part of our pastoral and learning support team, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students who need extra guidance

• Help create a safe, calm and nurturing environment

• Build trusting relationships that help students overcome barriers to learning

• Work closely with teachers and pastoral leaders to ensure every young person feels valued, understood, and supported

• Play a vital role in promoting positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and engagement in education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
