Full -Time Teaching Assistant, Darwen
Details of the Role
A temporary position has become available in Darwen to assist the Teacher of a Y2 class. Due to a reshuffle in staffing, the classroom requires a TA Full time. The time of this role is 8:45-3:15 and will start 15th April 2024. The pay rate of this role is £11.85 - £12.50.
Requirements of the role
- Support the teacher and the implementation of curriculum
- Offer guided reading sessions
- Promote the schools core values and aid safeguarding
- Support the educational and personal requirements of individual pupils within the class

The Successful Candidate
To get the most out of this role, and to ensure that the pupils of this school are well served you must:
- Have previous experience of working as a TA within Key Stage 1
- Understand primary education syllabus.
- Be able to create a fun and engaged environment for pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
