Hours: 12 per week (44.64 weeks per year)

We are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our Resource Base, supporting children with specific special educational needs (SEN). You will work alongside a dedicated and supportive team, nurturing each child’s unique potential in a safe and inclusive setting.

The Ideal Candidate Will need/have:
- Have experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrate a caring and patient nature
- Be flexible, proactive, and a team player
- Be committed to promoting the well-being and academic progress of all pupils
- Have an enhanced DBS that is on the update service (or be willing to obtain one
- Be able to provide 2 references for previous 24 months of employment.
- Be able to demonstrate good behaviour management skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
