Salary: £13.75 - £14.00 per hour
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Are you passionate about outdoor education and working with young people? We are looking for a dedicated Outdoor Activity Instructor to join a Secondary Alternative Provision in Chorley. If you have a love for outdoor activities and a commitment to supporting students' personal and educational growth, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate outdoor education sessions, promoting teamwork, resilience, and self-confidence.

• Plan and deliver a variety of outdoor activities, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

• Support students in developing practical life skills through outdoor learning.

• Work closely with teaching staff to integrate outdoor learning with students' broader educational goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in leading outdoor activities, either in a school or youth-focused environment (desirable).

• A passion for working with young people, particularly those with additional educational needs.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• A commitment to student well-being.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
