Job Role
Looking for a Teaching Assistant to support a Nursery and Reception Class full time to start as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well established Primary School in the Ripley area, that prides themselves in meeting the needs of every individual. Although challenging, for the right candidate this role will be highly rewarding and it will provide great career development opportunities.
The Role:
- Working in Nursery and Reception as a Teaching Assistant
- Assisting with learning keeping them on task
- Managing challenging behaviour
- Supporting 4 ASC children in small groups and 1:1
- Hours 08:30 - 15:30 Monday to Friday
Requirements
- Previous SEN Teaching Assistant experience is desired but not essential
- A knowledge of Autism and ADHD
- Be able to travel or live in the Ripley area
- Resilient and enthusiastic personality
- Right to work in the UK
- A child workforce DBS on the Update Service
