Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Independent School in Bournemouth

Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for your next opportunity? One of our fantastic independent schools in Bournemouth is seeking an enthusiastic early years professional to join their nurturing and forward-thinking team from September.
This is a full-time position with the exciting potential to progress into a Room Leader role, making it a perfect opportunity for someone eager to take the next step in their early years career.
The Role:

Working with children aged 2–4 in a well-resourced and supportive nursery setting
-
Creating a warm, stimulating environment where children can flourish
-
Supporting all aspects of children’s development in line with the EYFS framework
-
Building strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider school community
-
Opportunity to grow into a leadership role and take on added responsibilities
✅ Requirements:
-
A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
-
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
-
A nurturing, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
-
Passionate about child development and high-quality care

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
