Teaching Personnel is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join the Early Years team at a reputable primary school in Garstang. This role is pivotal in nurturing and guiding young learners during their formative years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster learning and development.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care.

• Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to inform future planning.

• Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to create a cohesive learning environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A relevant qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education).

• Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A genuine passion for early childhood development and education.
