About the Role

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Nursery Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development, building strong relationships with families, and maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality childcare and early education following the EYFS framework
• Plan and take part in engaging age-appropriate activities
• Support children’s emotional, physical, and social development
• Maintain accurate observations and contribute to learning journals
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
• Ensure the environment is safe, clean, and well-organised
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or working towards)
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• Good understanding of child development and safeguarding
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
