Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with fantastic primary schools in the NP11 and NP12 areas to recruit Nursery Assistants who are enthusiastic, caring, and ready to make a real impact in children’s lives.
About the Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive, fun, and engaging environment for young children to learn and grow. Your creativity and compassion will help shape their early experiences and support their development.
Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the planning and delivery of stimulating nursery activities
-
Promoting a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
-
Assisting with daily routines and classroom organisation
-
Collaborating with staff to provide the best possible care and learning experiences
-
Adhering to safeguarding policies and school procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about working with children and who meet the following criteria:

EWC Registration (Education Workforce Council)
-
Child-Only Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
-
Two professional references covering the last 24 months

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
