Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with fantastic primary schools in the NP11 and NP12 areas to recruit Nursery Assistants who are enthusiastic, caring, and ready to make a real impact in children’s lives.

About the Role

As a Nursery Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive, fun, and engaging environment for young children to learn and grow. Your creativity and compassion will help shape their early experiences and support their development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the planning and delivery of stimulating nursery activities

• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

• Assisting with daily routines and classroom organisation

• Collaborating with staff to provide the best possible care and learning experiences

• Adhering to safeguarding policies and school procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about working with children and who meet the following criteria:

• EWC Registration (Education Workforce Council)

• Child-Only Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)

• Two professional references covering the last 24 months
