Job description

Residential support workers required for SEN School in Lymington (Hampshire).

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a SEN school in Lymington. This special needs school caters for pupils between the ages of 7 and 19 with needs on the Autistic spectrum and with other SEN needs.

The school is located in a beautiful location and has excellent facilities on site including a theatre, a sports hall, indoor and outdoor riding arenas and a swimming pool.

This SEN school are looking for support workers to join their team working day and night shifts! What do you get?

  • 3 months of shifts booked in advance
  • The stability of a 2 week rolling rota so you know exactly when you will be working
  • A 3 day weekend, every other weekend when following a certain shift pattern (you have the option to work long days or half days)
  • If working night shifts, the stability of working 4 on 4 off so you always know when you are working
  • The opportunity for permanent employment with fantastic training opportunities
  • THIS is not essential that you have experience working with children who have special needs. If you are confident, outgoing, compassionate and have a good sense of humour you will be considered for this role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
