NQT Teacher Placements – SEN Schools/Settings

Are you looking for an NQT post in South East London for September 2020?

We know it is difficult to secure a role at the moment due to the Coronavirus pandemic. In order to support schools with their recruitment for September 2020, Teaching Personnel is registering the highest quality NQTs and helping you to find a full time position for the next academic year.

The types of schools that we work with include:

• Primary SEN schools for children with autism, speech and language difficulties as well as more complex needs
• Secondary SEN schools for children with moderate to severe learning difficulties (subject specialists required in maths, English, IT and performing arts)
• All through SEN school for children with complex needs, physical disabilities and medical needs
• Hospital Schools for children who are both long stay and short stay students/patients

Ideally your teaching practice will have included some experience of teaching children with special needs, however Teaching Personnel can help you to prepare for September by offering access to our online CPD Academy including training modules on:

• Pedagogy and Practice
• Assessment
• Behaviour Management
• SEN
• Professional Behaviours

You will be offered a video interview in the first instance by schools, as they are currently unable to invite you in to trial/interview at the school. Registering with the agency will give you access to interview with many potential employers – we will help you to secure your desired role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
