Newly Qualified Teacher
We understand that the Covid-19 situation has caused a huge amount of stress and uncertainty, this could be especially true for NQTs in search of placement schools- Teaching personnel have made it a priority to help NQTs through this tough time.

A role has become available in the central Norwich area at a single form entry primary school which prides itself on delivering the best possible education ! they are in search of a motivated and hard working NQT to join their team. You would be taking charge of a mixed year one class- you would need to plan and run thought provoking and engaging lessons in accordance to the UK curriculum- you will need strong levels of beahviour and classroom management- but remeber you would be fully supported by your mentor !
This will be ideally suited to somebody currently studying for their PGCE looking to find somewhere within the Norwich area to secure an induction placement.
The Role:
- Planning and delivering exiting and thought provoking lessons
- Delivering your specialist subject to KS1/KS2 classes
- Monitoring the development and progress of the pupils
- Marking pupil work
- Behavioural guidance of the pupils
The ideal Candidate:
- NQT status or currently studying towards PGCE
- Safeguarding Training
- Enhanced Childs DBS on the update service
- Experience planning and delivering fun yet informative lessons
- SEN experience
- Strong classroom management skills
- Uk address and right to work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
