Join our new NQT programme in time for September!

Our NQT pool is an exciting new programme designed solely to support newly qualified teachers who are currently finishing their training. This year of trainee teachers have had an odd finish to their training and we understand that this may cause additional worries and stress while seeking your first teaching role. We have many years of experience supporting NQTs to gain their first teaching role and so we are putting some extra love and care into this year with a programme bursting with resources, guidance and help.

We are working closely with Head Teachers across Cornwall and providing them with information on all of our newly recruited NQTs who are seeking roles for September. You may also be applying directly for positions advertised on the local council website but we are able to offer access to additional roles that sometimes may not be advertised online. We will actively work on your behalf to speak to your most local schools about you and your experience and arrange suitable interviews (virtual) with Head Teachers who are recruiting.

You will be assigned an experienced recruitment consultant who will create a plan with you and work from now until the Summer holidays to make sure you have the role you desire for the new academic year. If you are not seeking long-term work and would like to consider supply work, we can also support you through this process.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
