Pay: £31,650 - £49,084

Role: Music Teacher Full Time Permanent
We are seeking a talented and motivated Music Teacher to join our dedicated team at a forward-thinking secondary school in Wadebridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a lead role in shaping music provision across the school, encouraging students to explore, perform, and enjoy music in all its forms.
About the Role:
As our Music Teacher, you will:
- Teach Music across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 teaching possible for the right candidate)
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support progress and spark creativity
- Organise and lead extracurricular activities including ensembles, choirs, and concerts
- Contribute to whole-school events such as productions and music festivals
- Support and stretch students of all abilities, including those pursuing GCSE Music
We’re Looking For:
- A qualified teacher (QTS essential) with proven experience teaching secondary music
- Strong subject knowledge across a variety of styles, instruments, and music theory
- A commitment to inclusive and inspiring music education
- Experience of directing school performances or ensembles is highly desirable
- A collaborative, enthusiastic, and student-centred approach to teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
