Motor Vehicle/Engineering Learning Support Needed

Teaching Personnel is working with a college based in Nuneaton that caters for young people aged 14-18, who are completing a variety of courses; Further Education, Degrees, Apprenticeships, Short Courses and Business Training.

Whilst the college is a mainstream college, the school does also have a specialist learning department that allows them to cater for pupils with additional needs. They are currently looking to fill a number of roles through Teaching Personnel.

The ideal candidate for this role, MUST have experience in the Motor Vehicle/Engineering area, as you will predominantly be supporting young people who are studying these vocational qualifications. Any experience in this field is essential.

The students you will be supporting require additional support, due to their lack of engagement at school previously or generally challenging behaviour. Ideally, you will have experience working with young people with challenging behaviour and other SEN. Experience working within a school/college environment is desirable but not essential.

The role is a full-time role, with a view to gain a permanent contract with the school.
