SEN Teaching Assistant
Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and reliable SEN Teaching Assistants to join our Bank Staff Team, providing flexible cover across a range of mainstream and specialist schools.
What you will do:

Support children with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, and complex learning difficulties.

Work 1:1 or in small groups to promote engagement and independence.

Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive, positive learning environment.
-
Implement behaviour and communication strategies to help each child thrive.
What we are looking for:

Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (school, residential, or youth work settings welcome).

A patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
