MFL Teaching Vacancy
Teaching Personnel, the market leader in education recruitment, are currently working alongside an academy in Northamptonshire seeking a languages teacher for the coming academic year. The school is situated in Brackley and caters for students aged 11- 19. The school require a full time teacher of French/Spanish to teach key stage 3 and 4 students in September. They must be experienced in teaching the subject to this age group and be passionate about languages. The school provides an extensive curriculum for their pupils which encourages them to achieve and exceed their own expectations. This is reflected by the recent exam results which showed 77% of students achieving grades 9-4 in Maths and English at GCSE. Not only do the school aim to accomplish academic success, they also aim to enhance all aspects of their students' lives through an excellent pastoral system and enrichment activities.
The ideal candidate will also:
- Be able to plan and prepare and diverse lessons which cater to a variety of abilities
- Have excellent classroom presence and behaviour management skills
- Be capable of motivating young people and encouraging them to reach their full potential
- Work alongside the languages department to make progress and promote the values of the school
All applicants must have a child only DBS on the update service in order to be considered for this role. The must also be able to provide two recent references.
